Our Quality Control Process
01
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials are inspected against material certifications before entering production. Non-conforming materials are quarantined and returned to supplier.

In-Process Inspection
Critical dimensions and construction parameters are inspected at defined production stages. Process parameters are monitored and recorded.

Integrity Testing
All membrane cartridges are 100% integrity-tested (bubble point or diffusion method) before packaging. Test results are recorded and shipped with the product.
04
Final Inspection & Documentation
Final dimensional inspection, visual inspection, and documentation review before release. CoA and material certificates are prepared for each batch.
