Specialty Filter Elements
JINLV specialty filter elements address process conditions that fall outside the scope of standard product lines. The man-made fiber melt filtration series uses 316L SS sintered felt or woven mesh folded/wound construction for polymer melt filtration in polyester, filament, and staple fiber production -- rated to 30 MPa and 300°C. Chemical process cartridges use multi-layer SS sintered mesh with high permeability and dirt-holding capacity for petroleum and chemical systems. Coal mine hydraulic cartridges are designed specifically for the demanding hydraulic systems in underground mining equipment. Valve micro-filters use vacuum electron beam welding for precision servo valve protection in aerospace and automation systems. PBT frame pleated cartridges are constructed with 100% polyester (PBT) skeleton for precise filtration of aromatic hydrocarbon solvents including benzene and toluene.
