Man-Made Fiber Melt Filtration Cartridge
JINLV man-made fiber melt filtration cartridges are specifically designed for polymer melt filtration in the production of polyester, filament, and staple fiber. The construction uses 316L stainless steel sintered felt or woven mesh in a folded or wound configuration that provides 5-10 times the filtration area of equivalent cylindrical elements. Working pressure up to 30 MPa and working temperature up to 300°C accommodate the demanding conditions of polymer melt processing. Dirt-holding capacity of 16.9-41 mg/cm2 extends service intervals and reduces production downtime.
