Chemical and petrochemical filter selection depends on the exact chemical, concentration, temperature, viscosity, solids loading, pressure conditions and required cleanliness. JINLV offers PTFE, PVDF, titanium and stainless-steel-based candidate constructions, but compatibility and operating limits must be confirmed for the complete element, including seals, support layers, end caps and joining method. Material, batch, FDA or USP documentation applies only when it is explicitly listed for the selected product and order.
What We Solve
Aggressive solvent compatibility
PP, PES, PVDF, PTFE and seal materials respond differently to ketones, aromatics and halogenated solvents. Review the complete formulation and temperature before selection.
High operating temperatures
Temperature narrows the available media, seal and joining options. Confirm continuous and transient limits for the complete construction.
Corrosive acid/base media
Acid, alkali and oxidizer compatibility depends on concentration and temperature. Titanium, PTFE and selected alloys are candidates, not automatic approvals.
Extractables contamination
Fine-chemical and API processes may require product-specific extractables, cleanliness and material documentation before qualification.
High differential pressure
Viscous streams can generate high ΔP. Allowable differential pressure must be checked against element geometry, flow direction and support construction.
Regulatory documentation
Chemical process filtration often requires material certifications, batch traceability, and test certificates for QC records.
