Sintered Wire Mesh Filter Cartridge
JINLV sintered wire mesh filter cartridges use standard 5-layer or multi-layer 316L stainless steel sintered wire mesh, produced by multi-layer pressing and vacuum sintering. The sintering process bonds the mesh layers into a rigid, dimensionally stable structure with uniform pore size and high mechanical strength. The sintered mesh provides high permeability, stable filtration accuracy, and excellent corrosion resistance. These cartridges are backwashable and reusable, significantly reducing total cost of ownership. Available with standard connections including 222, 220, 226, quick-connect, threaded, flange, latch, and custom configurations.
