Liquid filter bag supply from Shanghai, China — compare media, bag size and ring construction before requesting a quote.
JINLV liquid filter bags are available in welded and sewn constructions selected according to the media and operating duty. Ring options, dimensions and seam construction must be confirmed against the housing and process conditions. The supplied catalog lists Polypropylene (PP) to 90 °C, Polyester (PE) to 150 °C, Nylon Monofilament (NMO) to 190 °C and PTFE to 300 °C as product-family maximum temperatures. These are preliminary catalog limits; continuous service, chemical compatibility, ring and seam limits require engineering confirmation.
Filter-bag selection is not a temperature ranking. Media compatibility, filtration mechanism, micron rating, cleanability, and housing dimensions must be considered together.

Confirm oxidizers, solvent concentration, and actual operating temperature.
View product dataHigher temperature capability; commonly used for coatings, inks, oils, and selected solvents.
Strong alkalis and hydrolysis conditions require compatibility review.
View product dataDefined mesh opening, low fiber migration, washable and reusable.
Acidic media and fine-retention requirements need special review.
View product dataBroad chemical resistance for aggressive acids, alkalis, and compatible solvents.
Higher acquisition cost; seal and support materials must match the process.

A functional specialty bag, not a universal replacement for ordinary felt bags.
View product dataSelection notice: this tool is for preliminary screening only. It does not replace media-compatibility confirmation, sample testing, or housing-dimension verification. For sizes #6–#7 and non-standard bags, provide an existing sample or dimensional drawing.
Use this range for industrial liquid filtration inquiries, not dust-collector bags. Start with the felt, mesh or oil-absorbing product family, then confirm the assembly against your existing housing or new process.
Specify the liquid, concentration, viscosity, normal/maximum temperature and target retention. A micron label alone does not define filtration efficiency.
Confirm bag number plus measured diameter and length, basket support, ring dimensions/material and welded or sewn construction. A shared bag number is not a fit guarantee.
State quantity, delivery destination and drawing revision. Request confirmation of sample requirements, packing, lead time and the quotation scope for this exact configuration.
The size chart is a JINLV catalog reference, not a universal bag-size standard. Ask which material, retention and application documents are available for the selected bag; food-contact or regulated-service suitability needs product-specific evidence.
Not on the bag number alone. Compare the actual ring/sealing geometry, diameter, length, basket clearance and construction. Send the old-bag measurements or a drawing if the housing specification is unclear.
Request a quote with this checklistThe editable checklist opens in the inquiry form; nothing is submitted automatically.
The linked size/RFQ sheet is a summary derived from the JINLV liquid filter bag catalog. In this catalog, PE means polyester felt, not polyethylene. Confirm the exact media and construction on the quotation.
Catalog temperature and differential-pressure references are not approval of every bag assembly. Ring, seam, support basket, liquid compatibility and housing limits must also be checked. A micron label alone does not establish absolute retention.
Request the model-specific drawing, rating definition and available test documentation. Keep missing conditions marked “to be confirmed”; preliminary selector results are not an engineering approval.

From specification to purchase
Choosing a liquid filter bag manufacturer? Compare the complete supply scope, not just the micron label. For custom dimensions or repeat orders, use a drawing or sample to define what must stay consistent.
Record body dimensions separately from the ring and sealing profile. Specify material, seam, handles and the drawing revision; mark unknown dimensions for review.
Confirm fit in the actual basket, ring seating and required retention evidence. A successful installation does not by itself verify filtration efficiency or chemical compatibility.
List the approved drawing, quantity, packaging and inspection requirements. Ask for sample costs, MOQ and lead time for that configuration rather than assuming one policy covers every bag.
The checklist opens in an editable inquiry form. Add your drawing or old-part photos there; no request is sent until you submit it.
Compare JINLV catalog dimensions, then check the basket, ring and installed length. Bag numbers alone do not establish cross-brand fit.
