Polypropylene Filter Bags (PP)
Polypropylene needle-felt liquid filter bags. Catalog sizes #1–#5, with ring and seam construction confirmed for the housing. Catalog maximum temperature: 90 °C, subject to the complete operating conditions.
Polypropylene Filter Bags (PP)
JINLV PP filter bags are candidates for particle removal from aqueous industrial liquids, coatings and compatible chemical streams. Select the retention rating from the actual contaminant and downstream requirement, then confirm bag dimensions, basket fit, ring and seam construction. Welded seams can reduce needle-hole paths, but the complete assembly still requires correct installation and sealing. Chemical compatibility depends on concentration, temperature and exposure; a material name or housing brand alone does not establish suitability.

From specification to purchase
Ordering polypropylene filter bags: three decisions
PP needle felt is a depth-filter material for particle removal. Do not assume a PP felt bag has the same function as a nylon mesh bag or a dedicated oil-absorbing bag.
01Particle or oil-removal duty?
Describe the contaminant and downstream requirement. Request an oil-absorbing construction separately if the task is free-oil capture; a material name alone does not define that capability.
02What does the micron rating mean?
Specify the required retention and test basis. The catalog family range is not a promise that every rating is available in every PP construction, nor proof of an absolute rating.
03Will the complete bag fit the duty?
Check concentration, temperature and exposure together with the ring, seam and basket. The catalog 90 °C maximum is not blanket approval for every chemical or continuous-service condition.
The checklist opens in an editable inquiry form. Add your drawing or old-part photos there; no request is sent until you submit it.
