Custom Filtration

Submit your process parameters and drawing revision for a preliminary review of filter type, material, retention requirements and housing fit. Final suitability requires configuration-specific confirmation.

What We Need From You

Discuss non-standard dimensions, connections and material requirements for filtration consumables. Feasibility depends on the selected product family, manufacturing constraints and acceptance requirements. Provide process conditions and a drawing rather than relying on a nominal filter description.

1
Process media
What liquid or gas are you filtering? Chemical name, concentration, pH.
2
Operating temperature
Minimum and maximum operating temperature in °C.
3
Flow rate
Required flow rate in m³/h or L/min.
4
Target cleanliness
Required particle removal rating in μm, or cleanliness class.
5
Housing / system
Existing housing model, or new system design. Connection type and size.
6
Volume and frequency
Annual consumption volume and order frequency.

From Inquiry to Delivery

01
Submit your parameters
Use our inquiry form or email livia@shpjgl.com with your process details.
02
Requirement and feasibility review
Review the operating envelope, dimensions, material options and missing information. Confirm the review schedule for the specific request.
03
Agree the quotation scope
Identify the candidate configuration, drawing revision, available material documents and required tests. Mark unresolved items before acceptance.
04
Sample or drawing approval
Agree whether a sample, trial fit or additional validation is needed, who approves it, and the acceptance criteria before production.
05
Confirm production and delivery
Confirm lead time, tooling, inspection documents, packing and shipment terms in the quotation for the approved configuration.

Turn a custom drawing into a reviewable requirement

Reference basis

A customer drawing defines a requested configuration; it is not evidence of achieved filtration performance. The linked OEM and certification pages explain the company information and documented certification scope.

What is not established

Feasibility, production route, materials, tests and delivery date depend on the reviewed specification. The documented ISO 9001 scope is sales of filtration equipment and consumables; it is not a performance certificate for a custom element.

Before approval

Provide a drawing number/revision, units and tolerances; distinguish normal operation from cleaning conditions. Define acceptance tests and sample approval before production. Remove customer names or confidential details before sharing public examples.
