High Flow Filter Cartridges
Compare JC-PPPA, JC-PPPK and JC-PPPM in 20 / 40 / 60 in lengths by connection and flow direction. The 70 in power plant element is a separate range. Confirm housing fit before replacement.
High flow filter cartridge supply from Shanghai, China — identify the interface and flow direction before comparing replacement options.
High Flow Filter Cartridges
JINLV high-flow cartridges are engineered for large-volume industrial processes where standard 2.5 in cartridges would require impractically large housings. JC-PPPK and JC-PPPA have a 152 mm outside diameter; JC-PPPM has a 160 mm outside diameter. All three are available in 20 in, 40 in, and 60 in lengths. The typical flow direction is outside-to-inside for JC-PPPK and inside-to-outside for JC-PPPA and JC-PPPM. A single 60 in JC-PPPK cartridge provides up to 6 m² of filtration area and a reference flow up to 40 m³/h. Filter media options include PET long-fiber nonwoven, melt-blown PP, and glass fiber media. Final replacement selection must confirm the end connection, seal position, and housing dimensions.
Connection first. Flow direction second. Dimensions always confirmed.
Use this tool for rapid preliminary identification of PPPA, PPPK, and PPPM. Similar appearance never replaces dimensional confirmation; verify the end-cap drawing, seal position, and housing interface.

Identification note: images are series references. Appearance can vary with length, media, end cap, and customization. Before ordering, provide photos, overall length, outside diameter, end-cap dimensions, seal position, and housing model.
Identify the series from the housing or existing element
Visual similarity does not guarantee interchangeability. This result narrows the range only and is not a replacement guarantee.

Sourcing high flow cartridges: match the housing before the quotation
Compare JC-PPPA, JC-PPPK and JC-PPPM by their connection system, not appearance alone. For an existing installation, the old element and housing drawing are more useful than an unverified cross-reference number.
- 01
Provide housing/old-element identification, overall length and its measurement datum, outside diameter, both end structures and seal location. Include the flow direction.
- 02
State fluid, viscosity, temperature, design flow, target retention and allowed differential pressure. Reference flow is not a guaranteed capacity for every process.
- 03
Agree the drawing/configuration, quantity, destination and trial-fit or sample requirement before accepting a replacement quotation. Confirm lead time for the selected configuration.
Check evidence before approval
Mechanical fit and filtration performance are separate checks. Request the applicable dimensional information, rating definition and available test conditions for the specific model. A competitor's brand name does not establish compatibility or affiliation.
Does the same nominal length mean a direct replacement?
No. End-cap geometry, seal position, installed length and inside-out or outside-in flow must also match. Resolve dimensional conflicts before ordering; successful trial fit alone does not validate process performance.

Reference basis
JC-PPPA, JC-PPPK and JC-PPPM are identified here by connection features and flow direction. The linked pages are JINLV preliminary identification and measurement guides.
What is not established
A similar appearance or nominal length does not prove a drop-in replacement. Reference flow does not establish capacity at your viscosity, temperature and pressure drop. No universal brand-equivalence claim is made by this guide.
Before approval
Request the revision-controlled dimensional drawing, retention definition and available flow/pressure test conditions for the exact configuration. Keep fit and performance approval separate.

Replacement high flow filter cartridges: prepare the comparison
A replacement quotation should identify what is matched and what still needs approval. Compare the old element and proposed cartridge on three separate points before changing suppliers.
01Mechanical connection
Supply overall and installed lengths, outside diameter, both end views, seal dimensions and flow direction. A nominal 20, 40 or 60 in label does not settle the fit.
02Filtration performance
Compare retention definitions and the available flow/pressure-drop conditions, not just the micron number. Do not assume equivalent service life or throughput without a comparable test.
03Trial and purchasing scope
Agree the trial quantity, fit check and process acceptance criteria. State reorder quantity, destination and documents so the quotation covers the actual requirement.
The checklist opens in an editable inquiry form. Add your drawing or old-part photos there; no request is sent until you submit it.
