Water Treatment Filtration
Industrial water treatment covers a wide range of applications -- from municipal water pre-treatment and RO membrane protection to cooling water systems, boiler feed water, and industrial wastewater treatment. JINLV's water treatment filtration range is designed around the specific requirements of each stage: coarse pre-filtration (wedge wire screens and filter bags), depth pre-filtration (meltblown and wound cartridges), high-volume pre-filtration (JC high-flow series), and final polishing (pleated membrane cartridges). The JC high-flow series is particularly relevant for large-scale water treatment plants where reducing housing count and maintenance frequency is a priority.
What We Solve
High flow rate requirements
Large water-treatment systems can require many standard cartridges. Compare total flow, allowable pressure drop, housing count and change-out access before choosing a high-flow format.
Variable inlet water quality
Surface water and groundwater quality varies seasonally. Filter systems must handle variable turbidity and particle loading.
RO membrane protection
RO membranes are expensive and sensitive to particulate damage. Pre-filtration must reliably remove particles above the membrane's tolerance.
Maintenance frequency and cost
Frequent cartridge changes in large systems are labor-intensive and costly. High-flow elements significantly reduce change frequency.
Biological fouling
Water systems are prone to biological growth. Filter media must not support microbial growth and must be compatible with biocide treatment.
