PP · Polypropylene
Cost-effective for water, dilute acids/alkalis, and general industrial liquids.
Confirm oxidizers, solvent concentration, and actual operating temperature.
View product dataCompare PP, PE, NMO, PTFE, stainless-steel, and oil-absorbing bags, then verify standard size, reference flow, and differential-pressure limits.
Filter-bag selection is not a temperature ranking. Media compatibility, filtration mechanism, micron rating, cleanability, and housing dimensions must be considered together.
Cost-effective for water, dilute acids/alkalis, and general industrial liquids.
Confirm oxidizers, solvent concentration, and actual operating temperature.
View product dataHigher temperature capability; commonly used for coatings, inks, oils, and selected solvents.
Strong alkalis and hydrolysis conditions require compatibility review.
View product dataDefined mesh opening, low fiber migration, washable and reusable.
Acidic media and fine-retention requirements need special review.
View product dataBroad chemical resistance for aggressive acids, alkalis, and compatible solvents.
Higher acquisition cost; seal and support materials must match the process.
View product dataHigh mechanical strength, cleanable construction, and resistance to abrasion.
Confirm corrosion compatibility, mesh construction, and sealing arrangement.
View product dataCombines particulate filtration with hydrocarbon absorption in water.
A functional specialty bag, not a universal replacement for ordinary felt bags.
View product dataSelection notice: this tool is for preliminary screening only. It does not replace media-compatibility confirmation, sample testing, or housing-dimension verification. For sizes #6–#7 and non-standard bags, provide an existing sample or dimensional drawing.
The linked size/RFQ sheet is a summary derived from the JINLV liquid filter bag catalog. In this catalog, PE means polyester felt, not polyethylene. Confirm the exact media and construction on the quotation.
Catalog temperature and differential-pressure references are not approval of every bag assembly. Ring, seam, support basket, liquid compatibility and housing limits must also be checked. A micron label alone does not establish absolute retention.
Request the model-specific drawing, rating definition and available test documentation. Keep missing conditions marked “to be confirmed”; preliminary selector results are not an engineering approval.
