PBT Frame Pleated Filter Cartridge
JINLV PBT frame pleated filter cartridges use 100% polyester (PBT) for the skeleton, end cap, and center core -- specifically designed for precise filtration of solvent liquids containing aromatic hydrocarbons, including benzene and toluene. Standard PP-framed cartridges may swell or degrade in aromatic solvent environments; the PBT construction is resistant to these solvents. The membrane can be selected from PP, PTFE, PVDF, PES, or Nylon depending on the specific solvent and filtration requirement. Sealing options include silicone rubber, EPDM, fluororubber, and PTFE-coated gaskets.
