JC Deep-Wound Filter Cartridge
The JC deep-layer wound cartridge uses a precision winding process to build up alternating layers of polypropylene fiber at controlled angles, creating a tortuous path that captures particles while maintaining low pressure drop. The gradient winding structure -- coarser outer layers, finer inner layers -- captures large particles first and progressively removes smaller particles, maximizing dirt-holding capacity and extending the life of downstream fine filters. Available in 10 in and 20 in lengths with DOE, 222, and 226 connections. Filtration ratings from 1 μm to 120 μm cover a wide range of pre-filtration applications.
