Perforated Plate Composite Mesh Filter Cartridge
JINLV perforated plate composite mesh filter cartridges combine a metal perforated plate with sintered mesh or woven mesh layers to create a high-strength, easily cleanable filter element. The perforated plate provides structural support and rigidity, while the mesh layers provide the filtration function. The composite structure is highly resistant to mechanical damage and can be cleaned by backwash, ultrasonic cleaning, or chemical regeneration. Available in 304, 316L, 2205, 2507, 904L, and Hastelloy alloys for different corrosion resistance requirements.
