JINLV INDUSTRIAL FILTRATION
Filter Cartridge Pressure Drop Troubleshooting
Diagnose abnormal filter cartridge pressure drop using flow, viscosity, blockage, installation and differential-pressure checks before replacing the element.
Selection checkpoints
- Compare pressure drop at the same flow, temperature and fluid viscosity.
- Inspect prefiltration, contaminant loading, valve position and installation direction.
- Do not raise a replacement limit beyond the housing and element operating envelope.
Published values support preliminary product comparison. Final selection depends on the complete operating envelope, chemical compatibility and installation interface.
